The Obligatory Review of the Year
As with any year, 2022 has been a mixed dish. There have been some delicious desserts and some shabby starters!
Overall, it has been a year of experimenting with WoollyWonders, trying to find out what works, what doesn’t and where I want to go with it in the future.
So, 2023 will be a big year for me, in the World of WoollyWonders.
Some things will stay the same – you will still be able to find me at a range of craft fairs throughout the year as I thoroughly enjoyed doing these this year.
I will also continue to develop as a crochet pattern designer with more designs coming this year which I will share with you here, on my YouTube channel and in the Facebook group for learners of all levels to get support from myself and from the others within the group.
The biggest change for me is going to come in the teaching of crochet, both face-to-face in my local area and online. My head is bursting with ideas around this and if you could complete this survey it would really help me to develop the details of how I will actually do this.
My overall aim with both the patterns I design and the crochet teaching is to make them as affordable and accessible as I can, meaning that, where possible, patterns and tutorials will be free as will the access to the Facebook group and YouTube. Where this cannot happen, I will be as reasonable as I can be.
I hope that you have been able to see how much I love the art of crochet and it is that love that I want to share with as many people as possible.
