Storage Basket PDF Crochet Pattern

This is a PDF file for the instant download of the Basgedi crochet pattern to make a practical storage basket/plant pot holder, NOT the finished item. You will need a PDF reader to be able to view the pattern – for example, Adobe Reader or FoxIt Reader.

Pattern Contents: The pattern includes 7 pages of instructions, with detailed notes, crochet charts, lots of photos and ideas on how you can personalise the item to suit you and your home.

Crochet Level: It is an ideal project for a beginner in crochet but also a relaxing and mindful (and quick!) make for an advanced crafter. It is especially handy for using up your stash of yarn (don’t worry – I won’t tell anyone about yours!)

Equipment Needed: You will need a 5mm crochet hook, scissors, tapestry needle, stitch marker and 2 balls of aran weight yarn – one in one colour and one in another.

Techniques Used: The stitches needed are chain, double crochet, slip stitch and the magic circle (an alternative is given). The pattern is written for the UK, however, the only difference with US terminology in this pattern is that a double crochet is a single crochet in US terms.
